Vodafone Business and Tech Mahindra have formed a strategic partnership to help UK organizations accelerate digital transformation and expand the adoption of artificial intelligence, cloud, private 5G and other emerging technologies.
The agreement brings together Vodafone Business’ enterprise connectivity and digital infrastructure capabilities with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in AI-led transformation, systems integration, digital engineering and managed services.
The companies will jointly develop industry-focused solutions using AI, automation, private 5G, Internet of Things, cloud and data technologies, targeting businesses seeking to modernize operations, strengthen resilience and develop new digital capabilities.
AI Moves From Experimentation to Enterprise Deployment
Tech Mahindra has an established presence in the UK and employs more than 146,000 professionals across 90 countries globally. Its services span technology consulting, AI and analytics, cloud infrastructure, engineering, enterprise applications and business-process services.
The company’s AI strategy, branded “AI Delivered Right,” focuses on moving artificial intelligence beyond experimentation toward enterprise-scale deployment and measurable business applications.
Through the Vodafone partnership, that expertise will be combined with telecommunications and digital infrastructure to support organizations implementing AI across networks, operations and broader technology environments.
Partnership Extends Across AI, Cloud and Cybersecurity
The collaboration establishes a structured framework for executive engagement, co-innovation and joint go-to-market initiatives.

The agreement also builds on VodafoneThree’s previously announced £11 billion investment in its UK network, designed to expand secure and scalable digital infrastructure across the country.
