Lenovo Ranks Among World’s Top 20 Companies for Women in Forbes 2026 List

Lenovo has been ranked 18th on Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women 2026 list, placing the global technology company among the top 20 employers evaluated in the annual survey.

The ranking, developed by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, draws on feedback from more than 140,000 women employed by multinational companies across 61 countries.

Participants assessed their employers on workplace practices, including compensation equity, professional development opportunities, parental leave policies and responses to discrimination.

The recognition follows Lenovo’s inclusion in the 2025 edition of the ranking.

Workplace Policies and Career Development

According to Lenovo, its workplace initiatives include employee resource groups, professional development programs and internal communities designed to support mentorship and collaboration across its international operations.

Jennifer Broerman Spencer, Lenovo’s Director of Global Inclusion, said the company aims to create an environment where employees have opportunities to advance professionally while contributing different perspectives and experiences.

“We’re focused on building a culture where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, while bringing different perspectives and experiences together,” Spencer said in the Forbes announcement.

The company also publishes information about its workforce policies and inclusion initiatives through its annual Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.

How Forbes Evaluates Companies

Forbes and Statista develop the annual ranking using survey responses from women working at multinational organizations.

The evaluation considers employees’ perceptions of workplace conditions, career progression, compensation practices and company responses to discrimination.

The methodology provides a comparative assessment of employers based on survey feedback rather than an independent audit of every workplace policy or outcome.

Lenovo’s Global Operations

Lenovo operates in approximately 180 markets and reported annual revenue of $83 billion.

The company ranks 153rd on the Fortune Global 500 list and maintains research and development operations in more than 20 locations worldwide.

Its business includes personal computers, smartphones, tablets, enterprise infrastructure, software and technology services, with artificial intelligence forming part of its broader product and business strategy.

Lenovo’s 2026 placement represents a year-over-year continuation of its presence on Forbes’ ranking. The list reflects the survey methodology and employee assessments used for the current edition.
