The Quell Foundation, a national nonprofit working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, proudly announces the appointment of Ridwan Adhami as its new Director of Marketing. In this role, Adhami will lead the Foundation’s strategic marketing vision, brand development, and public engagement efforts to amplify its mission and impact nationwide.
Adhami brings over 15 years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, and social impact campaigns across the nonprofit, humanitarian, and education sectors. He has led nationally recognized initiatives for organizations such as Comic Relief US & Red Nose Day, Islamic Relief USA, and Penny Appeal USA, inspiring action and raising millions in public donations. A TEDx speaker and published author, his work blends powerful visuals with compelling narratives to shift culture and spark change.

In his role, Adhami will oversee marketing operations, content development, media strategy, and brand growth. He will also play a key role in increasing public awareness of the Foundation’s signature programs, including the First Responder Resilience Project, and documentary film series, Lift the Mask: Portraits of Life with Mental Illness and Sound the Alarm.

Adhami holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York Institute of Technology. He is dedicated to elevating and enhancing the impact of organizations and campaigns and continues to advocate for inclusive, empathetic storytelling in every space he enters.
