Deccan AI has raised $25 million in a new funding round aimed at advancing what it calls “super accurate AI,” positioning itself at the forefront of a critical shift in the artificial intelligence landscape — from experimentation to real-world reliability.
The round was led by A91 Partners, with participation from Susquehanna and existing investor Prosus Ventures.
The new capital will be deployed to accelerate investments in post-training infrastructure, enterprise-grade AI systems, and robotics — areas increasingly seen as bottlenecks in scaling AI beyond prototypes into production environments.
From “Smart” to “Reliable” AI
While much of the industry remains focused on the pursuit of artificial general intelligence, Deccan AI is taking a different approach — prioritizing accuracy, robustness, and trust.
“We’ve reached a tipping point where the industry is moving past the chatbot phase,” said Rukesh Reddy, Founder of Deccan AI. “Getting an agent to work in a demo is one thing; getting it to handle high-stakes business logic is another.”
The company reported 10x growth over the past year, working with leading frontier AI labs and global enterprises — including a majority of the so-called “Magnificent 7” tech companies.
Building the Post-Training Layer
Deccan AI’s core focus lies in what many consider the next critical layer of AI infrastructure: post-training.
For AI labs, the company provides:
- Expert human-generated training trajectories
- Rigorous evaluation frameworks
- Reinforcement learning (RL) environments for high-stakes deployment
For enterprises, Deccan offers:
- Helix — a hybrid human + automated evaluation suite
- EnterpriseOS — an operations automation platform designed to move AI from pilot to production
These systems are powered by Deccan’s RL environments and supported by a global network of over 1 million domain experts, enabling companies to operationalize AI in complex, real-world workflows.
A Critical Infrastructure Bet
Investors see Deccan AI as building foundational infrastructure for the next generation of software systems.
“Deccan is building the essential infrastructure for the next decade of software,” said Kaushik Anand, Partner at A91 Partners. “As the world moves from experimentation to execution, the need for evaluation and monitoring becomes non-negotiable.”
The funding reflects a broader industry transition: from rapid experimentation toward scalable, reliable, and accountable AI systems.
As enterprises demand higher levels of accuracy, safety, and performance, companies like Deccan AI are positioning themselves as key enablers — bridging the gap between cutting-edge models and real-world deployment.
